Sponsored Run/Walk success
Just before Christmas a band of dedicated Innervation staff and friends embarked on a very Christmassy 5 mile walk (or run for the really keen!). There were some amazing Christmas outfits, visits from Santa himself and loads of mince pies and mulled wine. The event raised over a thousand pounds and was loads of fun. Huge success for Pop Connection at Morecambe Road School
Emma Owen, one of our North West Pop Connection workers, has just completed the first Pop Connection project in a special needs school. This has gone fantastically well, with not a dry eye in the house when it came to the concert. Paul Edmondson the Head said, “The project gave our pupils a sense of security, respect and dignity boosting their self esteem and pride – our school has buzzed continuously for two weeks”.

BeBe Vox - Christmas Schools Tour
BeBe Vox is putting the final touches on her live show before embarking on a series of schools weeks in the run up to Christmas. Next Monday will see BeBe and her team in Marple, performing in schools accross the area and finishing up with a massive Friday night concert in Marple All Saints Church. BeBe will then be off to Aylesbury and Stockport for two more weeks of performances, chats and concerts. Check out her website to find out more about what she's up to.

Pop Connection expands again.
It's only been a few weeks since Rachel Ortiz started taking Pop Connection weeks as a dedicated Midlands worker and already we've expanded again. Rebecca Robinson, our newest Pop Connection tutor is doing her first week in North Cave Primary near Hull. Rebecca will be dedicated to the Yorkshire region so if you are a primary school teacher, or church worker and would like to get her in your local school please get in touch. Rachel Ortiz is also in school in Nuneaton and there are also Pop Connection concerts happening in Sale and Guildford.

Innervation is excited to introduce Rachel Ortiz, our brand new regional Pop Connection worker. Rachel is a qualified youth worker and musician and has worked in her local church for a number of years. “As soon as I saw a Pop Connection project in action it was so inspiring I knew I had to get to involved,” says Rachel. She will be covering the West Midlands region for Pop Connection.

BeBe Vox in the studio
We’ve just heard some snippets of what’s coming from the Movation studios for BeBe and it’s going to be awesome. She’s been hard at work laying down vocals on tracks for the new album but you can hear them first in the live show, so make sure you catch BeBe at a concert near you.

thebandwithnoname take their final bow
A sell out gig in front of their most dedicated fans was a great finish for Innervation’s flagship musicianary band, thebandwithnoname. The night started with support acts Galactus Jack and LZ7 and featured BeBe Vox. The tbwnn boys made a suitably dramatic entrance by abseiling in from the ceiling and from there the show went from strength to strength. There were guest appearances and video messages from previous band members and dancers, along with previews of what chipK, Leon and Straff will be going on to do next. The night was a fitting finale to what will be almost 10 years of ministry for the band. Their recently released compilation album, The Best of thebandwithnoname (10/10 Cross Rhythms) features everyone’s favourite tracks from over the years and is now available from the Innervation Shop or iTunes.

Brand new music for Pop Connection
Pop Connection 3, the latest album of catchy uplifting pop from the team at our Movation studios is now out in primary schools across the UK. “The new songs have gone down fantastically well with kids in school,” says Miz Porter, one of our North West regional workers. “The kids find the songs incredibly infectious and absolutely love learning them.” Pop Connection is continuing to gain momentum across the UK with 50 schools weeks already planned for 2010/2011 and many more in the pipeline.

Pop Connection Christmas
You may be packing away your tinsel and Christmas tree but at Movation studios Christmas is still in full flow as the team put the final touches on the new Pop Connection Christmas album. From November 2011 the Pop Connection tutors will be available around the nation teaching some up to date future classic pop Christmas tunes along with some old festive favourites. Andy Silver, national manager, says, “everyone loves singing at Christmas so we are really excited about the new Christmas album that kids will be able to sing on. Hopefully it should take the stress out of Christmas productions for a load of teachers and be a great fun, community building event for schools and churches across the country”.

LED - Brand NEW Schools project
The Innervation team have recently been working with LED, a brand new schools band due to launch shortly in the South West of the UK. Founding member, Nikki Uglow (née : Twigg) was previously a member of Innervation's Collective Wiltshire band. Zarc Porter says 'It's great to be working together with Nikki and the new band, they are set to do brilliant work in high schools across the South West'.
Nikki says 'I spent 4 years working with Innervation, it was such an amazing journey where I have seen God do so much through the work of the band in schools and over the 4 years seeing over 40,000 young people giving them a chance to hear the Good News and respond knowing that today some of them are still going on in their walk with God. This has prepared me for the mission God has given now - inspiring me to continue reaching young people for God and helping others to fulfill their purpose God has given to them. It’s been a privilege to work with Zarc & to have the support of Innervation.

Beatles night 13th May 2011

BeBe Vox performs at Notts County football ground
After a packed week in primary schools across Nottingham, BeBe and her brand new band performed for hundreds of kids at Notts County Football ground in partnership with The Rock church. "BeBe Vox gave a vibrant presentation that was thoroughly enjoyed by pupils and staff alike. BeBe Vox @ LONGSIGHT
BeBe just completed a week of schools work in Longsight, South Manchester visiting Medlock primary, Plymouth Grove and St Chrysostom Primary schools for dance workshops and assemblies. The week was in partnership with a local initiative called Peace Week and culminated with BeBe performing in a local park alongside loads of candle lit lanterns that the community had made for a lantern parade. “It was a great chance to really support the work Christians in Longsight are doing with their local community” said BeBe, “I thoroughly enjoyed the week, and the lanterns were amazing”.
BeBe is currently preparing for Spring Harvest and will be touring between both sites performing family concerts in various venues.

A unique music project for special needs schools
A new project similar to Pop Connection but entirely designed and focused on special needs schools. The potential for this project is huge, but we need to find someone to head it up so please pray that we find just the right person for the role.

iSingWorship
iSingWorship is Innervation's forthcoming worship resource that will initially run on Apple's iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad (running iOS4.2 and later). The app allows you to play worship songs with incredible flexibility and musicality. The app itself will be free of charge and the in built store will allow you to purchase songs using your iTunes account details. Download the songs to discover how you can take out the vocal, repeat a chorus, end by going back to verse 1, break down into a quiet instrumental section to pray or talk over, or sing a chorus with just the drums. The section changes use a brand new technology called SATT™(Smooth Audio Transition Technology). This allows for extremely smooth and musical changes without altering the natural performance of the musicians. It's just like having your own very experienced band playing with you as you sing or lead worship. We have been busy making tracks with some of the UK's top session musicians and producers and we are confident you will love the results!

SCOTLAND GIGS
BeBe has had a phenomenal time in North Scotland performing and communicating her faith to over 1700 pupils in the schools of Thurso and Wick. She also had brilliant turn out at her concerts in both areas - over 600 in Thurso and around 400 in Wick. The response from the schools was incredibly encouraging during the week and by the time the band and dancers arrived for the concerts along with Chip Kendall who was the guest MC and speaker, the buzz was completely overwhelming!
The organisers, the churches and the schools where all delighted with the way the whole project turned out!
"I knew BeBe was a good singer/performer, but I didn't realise just how good. She is a great ambassador for Innervation Trust and most importantly, The Lord himself. She has made many friends in the far north and I'm sure there are a lot of children here who will never forget her visit. I trust the Lord will use this lasting impression to win their hearts over." Eddie’s Rolla Coasta
Our chair of trustees, Eddie Ainsworth, recently rollerbladed 15km around the Baie des Anges in France to raise funds for Innervation’s work. We’re really glad that he made it round! Thanks Eddie!

New version 1.2 out now!
The latest update to iSingWorship is now available. New features include a fade time setting for the track and acoustic guitar on/off switches, built in help pages, improved chord display and more intelligent quiet section handling as well as various bug fixes. The update is recommended for all users.

BeBe has just completed schools weeks in Bishops Stortford and Leicester. Both weeks ended with concerts where BeBe her dancers and band performed to hundreds of people and the christian message was heard loud and clear.

BeBe has just returned from another brilliant schools week in Thurso and Wick. (Very near to
John O’Groats!) She had the opportunity to present the Easter message in High Schools and to perform to packed out concerts with her dancers and musicians, one in Thurso and one in Wick. Here is a quote we have just received... “

We have had a brilliant response to the stands at both Spring Harvest sites. There is so much enthusiasm from people who are just discovering it and also from people who have already benefitted from using it in lots of different situations. Here is a great quote we received recently:

BeBe has performed to over 60,000 children and teenagers, played hundreds of concerts and festivals and had two dance hit singles. Her clear presentation of the Gospel in the schools of the UK has meant that thousands of lives have been touched. BeBe (Beth) is now moving on within Innervation to help develop other projects using her musical talents and graphic design skills. Special thanks to her amazing team of musicians, dancers and techies and also to everyone who has supported the project over the last few years!
